  • Financial Analysis: Generates financial data about the target company, including valuation and forensic signals.

  • Media Analysis: Assesses media mentions and categorizes them based on the type of event detected on the target.

  • Filing Analysis: Checks for delays and defaults in GST, EPF, TDS filings.

  • Regulatory Checks Analysis: Carries out litigation checks, standard regulatory checks, sanctions checks, AML checks, and more.

  • Risk Scorecard Generation: Offers a comprehensive risk profile across various dimensions based on the analysis data and insights.

  • Continuous Monitoring Signal Generation: Detects updates and generates signals for changes in risk profile or other significant developments.

  • Report Output Doc Generation: Delivers the Due Diligence report in a format (Microsoft Word or Excel) that is easy to review and export.

These workflows generate outputs in JSON format for easy visualization on the interactive reporting dashboards.

Report Preparation Workflows

These are tailored sequences of execution steps designed to conduct required due diligence SOPs based on the type of report selected by the user. The system smartly integrates analysis workflows in these sequences to generate relevant data points and insights.

Analyst Centralized Interface

A one-stop platform for analysts to configure reports, enter any manual data during execution steps, and monitor ongoing report execution for any errors or updates. This interface is meticulously designed to optimize the user experience and enhance productivity.
