Data Services

The Data Services in our system form the primary interface for accessing information and are divided into two main categories - Internal Data Services and 3rd Party Data Services. These services work together to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of data within the system and provide efficient and quick access to data.

Internal Data Services​

Our Internal Data Services are divided into three main subcategories:

Data Services for Internal Data Warehouse​

These services provide an interface to each table in our internal data warehouse. For each table, we provide a query service to access data in real-time, and a background sync service that ensures the table data is current with live sources. Examples include data delhi hc, data ecourts hc, data itat, data ncdrc, data nclat, and data nclt.

Data Services for Live Crawling Endpoints​

Our live crawling endpoints access and retrieve data from various sources in real time. This includes services like:

  • service crawlers regulatory - For populating regulatory data from multiple sources like SEBI, CCI, EPF defaulters, and others.
  • service crawlers litigation - For populating litigation data from various courts and tribunals.
  • service crawlers enhancement - For enhancing litigation records.
  • service crawlers media - For populating media data from manual URL inputs by analysts and from Google news.
  • service crawlers company overview - For populating company and director information and for getting overviews of companies and directors.

Data Services for Query by Forums​

These services facilitate searching for litigation, regulatory, and watchlist records based on specific forums. It calls upon the respective data service or live crawler service and returns a merged set of records, thereby reducing the number of false positives.

3rd Party Data Services​

The 3rd Party Data Services integrate our system with external data providers, enhancing the comprehensiveness of our data pool. We have partnerships with several external data providers such as:

  • MCA Docs (Filings) Data Service - This service integrates with Surepass data provider to download and store MCA documents. It also provides direct download ability from the MCA website.
  • AML - Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media Data - This service integrates with the Acuris AML data provider to populate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media data.
