Platform:
Login with Admin Credentials.
Login Process
For enhanced security, the platform requires both login credentials and OTP verification.
- Users must enter their login credentials.
- An OTP will be sent to their registered email.
- Entering the OTP will grant access to the platform.
**Forgot Password:
**Users can recover their accounts by selecting 'Forgot Password.' An OTP will be sent to their registered email to reset their password.
Credit System
The Leela account has 3,328 credits. Credits are deducted based on the number of checks performed.
- Each check consumes 1 credit, for the entity or individual.
- Example 1: If an order is placed on Entity XYZ Corp and has 4 directors, a total of 5 credits will be deducted (1 for the entity + 4 for the directors).
- Example 2**:** If a check is placed on Director Anil Prakash, who is a director in two companies, a total of 3 credits will be deducted (1 for the director + 2 for the companies).
Landing Dashboard
Upon login, users land on the dashboard, which provides an overview of all entities ordered under two key datasets: AML Checks and Media Signals.
AML Checks Overview:
- Count of corporate and non-corporate entities with hits.
- Count of directors and individuals with hits.
- Count of entities with no hits.
- Data is represented visually in a bar graph.
Media Signals Overview:
- Entities with hits.
- Entities with more than 5 hits.
- Entities with no hits.
- Data of various media signal categories is represented in a pie chart.
Additional Dashboard Information:
- Total Entities Count (corporate + non-corporate).
- Total Individuals Count (directors + individuals).
- Remaining Credits.
- Selected Datasets.
Users can navigate to specific sections by clicking on these metrics:
- Total Entities → Redirects to the entity list.
- Total Individuals → Redirects to the entity list.
- Selected Datasets → Redirects to the dataset screen.
Entity List
The Entity List screen displays all uploaded entities and orders placed, categorized into four sections:
- Corporates
- Directors
- Individuals
- Non-Corporates
Each entry shows the date of order placement (To be added soon) and details of connected parties.
Connected Parties Section:
- Displays all connected entities for a given order.
- Users can view associated directors, companies, and individuals.
New Request
Users can add new entities, directors, corporates, or non-corporates for AML checks by providing the following mandatory details:
- Corporate: Name & CIN
- Non-Corporate: Name & PAN
- Director: Name & DIN
- Individual: Name & PAN
- Foreign Entity: Exact name
CIN, PAN, and DIN are unique identifiers, and entries with missing digits or incorrect formats will be rejected.
Bulk Upload
- Users can download a sample Excel template from the popup for bulk uploads.
- Orders for multiple entities can be placed simultaneously with bulk uploads.
- Data must be formatted correctly, and errors (missing digits, incorrect formats) will be displayed in a popup before order submission so that they can be rectified before placing the order.
- Bulk upload supports five entity types to enter in the excel sheet
- Corporate
- Non-corporate
- Individual
- Director
- Foreign Entity
- The platform does not accept any duplicate entries. Unique entity/individuals requests are only accepted on the platform.
Placing Order Workflow:
- Identifying CPs – Default status after entity upload; CPs are crawled from MCA (delays may occur if MCA is down).
- Pending – CPs have been identified.
- AML Checked – AML checks have been completed.
- Completed – Both AML and media checks are finished.
Estimated Processing Time:
- Single Entity Upload: 1- 4 hours.
- Bulk Upload: up to 100 entities in a single day (as per MCA availability) .
Additional Features:
- Starred Entities: Users can mark important entities for quick filtering.
- Search: Search entities by name for faster access.
- Download: An excel can be downloaded with the list of all entities and its details present in the entity list screen. (To be completed)
- Notifications: User is notified when an order is placed and user is notified on the platform when results are generated. (To be completed).
Sidebar Navigation
Users can navigate to different sections using the sidebar:
- Overall Dashboard (Landing Dashboard)
- Entity List Screen
- Datasets
- User Management
Datasets
The Datasets section provides an overview of AML and media check results.
- Displays the number of hits per entity and connected parties for each of these datasets.
- Users can search and filter important entities.
- Users can star important entities that can be filtered for later reference.
Entity Results Screen
Users can view detailed reports by clicking on any entity in the Entity List or Datasets section.
- Connected parties are listed on the left panel.
- Clicking on a connected party reveals their AML and media check results.
- Users can switch between AML Checks and Media Checks tabs.
AML Checks Include:
- Global sanctions screening.
- Reputational risk exposure.
- Person of Interest identification.
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) assessment.
Media Checks Include:
- The latest 20 news articles from Google News.
User Management
The Admin User can add and manage team members. Admins can edit user details from the Users section.
Adding New Users:
- Navigate to User Management from the sidebar.
- Click Create New Invitation.
- Enter user details and send the invitation.
- The new user will receive a registration email to set up their account.
New users can place orders, view reports, and access all platform features without restrictions.
