Overview
Continuous Monitoring is a feature that provides updated information on certain datapoints for all the entities on a quarterly basis. Monitoring changes are generated in January, April, July, and October. The feature includes three dashboards: Overall Entity Dashboard, Entity List Dashboard, and Individual Entity Dashboard.
Business Objectives
- Provide regular, timely updates on entity important data points
- Highlight changes in entity data between reporting periods
- Enable users to monitor delta for an individual entity
- Improve risk assessment through continuous data monitoring

2. Overall Entity Dashboard
Purpose
Provides an overall view of key metrics across all entities, highlighting quarter-over-quarter changes.

3. Entity List Dashboard
Purpose
Provides a tabular view of all entities with basic information and change indicators.
Key Components
- Entity Table with the following columns:
- Entity Name
- Industry
- Location
- Change Count (number of changes in the last quarter)
- View Entity
- Filtering Capabilities:
- By industry
- By location
- By risk status
- Sorting Capabilities by number of changes (high to low, low to high)
- Search Functionality to find entities

- Click-through to Individual Entity Dashboard
- Export list to CSV/Excel
4. Individual Entity Dashboard
Purpose
Provides detailed information about a specific entity with change analysis.
